Our shop is at 3336 W Missouri Ave in Phoenix. From there we cover the East Valley, the West Valley and everything between — and the roofs are genuinely different in each one.
The Valley is not one roofing market
A 1950s bungalow in Willo, a 1999 tile roof in Gilbert, a foam roof in Leisure World and a standing seam house on a Troon North hillside are four unrelated problems. They fail in different places, for different reasons, on different timelines.
Each page below is written from what is actually true about that city — the housing stock, the build eras, the terrain and the wind — because knowing that a whole street in Ocotillo went up in the same eighteen months is what tells you why four neighbours are re-roofing at once.
