What we do
Ten services, one crew, one number.
Tile, shingle, standing seam metal, flat and foam — all self-performed. Nobody gets subbed out, nobody points at the other trade, and the person who quotes the job is the person you call about it.
One crew · five roof systems
Most Valley roofing companies do one or two systems well and sub out the rest. That is fine until your house has metal on the modern wing, tile on the pitched planes and a low-slope deck over the patio — and the leak is at the junction between them.
We self-perform all five systems, which means one crew owns every transition on your roof and one person is responsible when something goes wrong. It is also why the photos on this site cover tile, shingle, metal, foam and dry-in work rather than the same three jobs from different angles.
The specialty
Standing seam is the one we would put our name on.
Concealed fasteners, clipped panels that move with the heat, and formed metal at every hip and headwall. It is the hardest residential roof to install well, and it is the work we take the most pride in.

Roof Repair
Most Arizona leaks start somewhere other than the stain on your ceiling. We track the water back to its actual entry point and fix the cause, not the symptom.
Details
Roof Replacement
When repairs stop holding, a replacement is the cheaper option. Tear off, inspect the deck, dry it in properly, then install — with the underlayment treated as the roof it actually is.
Details
Tile Roofing
Tile is the Valley's default roof, and it fails from underneath. We lift, replace the waterproofing layer, and re-set the tile so the roof looks untouched and works like new.
Details
Shingle Roofing
Shingle is the fastest, most cost-effective way to put a new roof on a Valley home. Done right it comes with proper ventilation, sealed penetrations, and a deck that got fixed before it got covered.
Details
Metal Roofing
Concealed-fastener standing seam metal: no exposed screws to back out, panels that move with the heat, and seam lines you can sight down. This is the work we take the most pride in.
Details
Flat & Foam Roofing
Patios, additions, parapet decks and whole mid-century houses. Low-slope roofs fail at the edges and the drains — which is exactly where we spend the time.
Details
Roof Coatings
A coating is not a new roof, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. On the right low-slope or foam roof it is the highest-value maintenance dollar you can spend.
Details
Storm & Monsoon Damage
Monsoon storms do not fail roofs gently. When tile is off the slope or a section has lifted, the priority is getting the roof closed before the next cell moves through.
Details
Roof Inspections
An inspection tells you what you actually have: how much life is left, what is failing, and what it will take. You get the photos whether or not you hire us for the work.
Details
New Construction Roofing
Custom builds, spec homes and additions — dried in on schedule and finished to the architect's detail, whether that is tile, standing seam, or both on the same house.

Not sure which one you need
Start with the roof, not the service.
Most people calling us do not know whether they need a repair, a re-underlayment or a full replacement — and they should not have to. Tell us what the roof is doing and we will tell you which of these it actually is.
